🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience beyond an advanced degree in Computer Science.
• Proven leadership in managing full-stack engineers (frontend, backend, and mobile).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
• Skilled at collaborating with Product Managers and simplifying complex, data-driven products.
• Familiarity with design patterns, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with real-time trading UIs and financial services.

• Lead a team of 5 full-stack engineers, mentoring and hiring top talent.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to deliver innovative crypto products.
• Oversee technical initiatives and ensure timely execution.
